Training for Auto Bending Machine & Creasing Cutting Machine at a Chinese Die-Making Work Shop

Adewo recently held a hands-on training session for a packaging and die-making customer with helping set up three machines:the ABM-832B2 Multi-Functions Auto Bender (Nick),the ABM-832A1 Auto Bender Machine,and the ABM-X1E Creasing Cutting Machine.

Training that focuses on real die-making jobs

With working drawings,our engineer worked right next to the customer's operators,which helped them get familiar with each machine and learn how to use them for their daily die-board.

ABM-832B2&832A1: basic auto bender& developed auto bender

The model 832B2 can do bending, nicking, lipping, mold cut, bridging, and flat cut.

So the 832A1 is easier to learn and operate compared to 832B2,which means 832A1 will put into production in short times.

The training covered:

• How to use the software (DXF/DWG) to set data such as width and depth (as small as nicking 0.2mm) and program bend sequences.
• Changing the independent tools for different jobs–nicking, lipping, mold cut, and bridging.
• How to change the different steel rules on machine or on cassette.
• Daily machine maintenance to protect machine and keep lifetime.

ABM-X1E: higher working speed than auto bender

• The software automatically identifies long rules from short ones and drops them into separate bins –reduces manual work.
• Learning and using the punching tools stations one after another on the same rule: bridging, cutting, lipping, perforation.
• Extra options like cut-crease, round corner cutting, and stripping rule processing.
• How to safely change rule coils using the 7-coil cassette, plus daily care.

3 different machines helps produce different products of customer:

ABM-832B2:handles tricky nicking jobs;

ABM-832A1:mainly solve simple bending jobs;

ABM-X1E:produce creasing rule in high speed.
