ADEWO Brings the Latest Die Making Solutions to Tokyo

Designed for professional die makers, the ABM-832C2 integrates multiple steel rule processing functions, including automatic bending, cutting, bridge making, nicking, lipping and broaching.
The machine features an advanced feeding system, multiple tooling options and intelligent CAD-based software, providing greater flexibility for the production of folding carton dies, corrugated packaging dies, thermoforming dies and other complex cutting dies.
By automating multiple rule-processing operations, the ABM-832C2 helps reduce manual work and improve consistency in die production.
Professional Laser Welder for Die Making
ADEWO will also showcase its Professional Laser Welder for Steel Rule Die Making, Clicker Dies & Thermoforming Dies.
The laser welder is designed for precise welding applications in die manufacturing, modification and repair. It features adjustable laser power as well as wire feeding and non-wire feeding options, allowing users to select a suitable welding method according to different applications.
An industrial water chiller provides stable cooling performance for the laser system during operation, while controlled laser welding helps reduce heat input and deformation.
