Capable of processing rotary dies with cutting diameters from φ180–850 mm and maximum cutting length up to 3000 mm at speeds of 60 meters/hour (1 meter per minute).
Equipped with imported servo motors and drivers for superior speed, precision, and stability. Key advantages include uniform blade gaps, excellent verticality, low operating costs, precision-milled and annealed guide rails/racks for minimal deformation, multi-language support, and a fully enclosed design that reduces noise, debris, and environmental impact.
Supports rule diameters 220–800 mm and rule heights 22–30 mm. Performs full range of operations: bending, bridging, notching, perforation, lipping, cutting, and both-side bridging.
Automatically switches diameters via software control for rapid changeovers. Compatible with curved, straight, cutting, and creasing rules (including 4pt/8pt laser crease). All axes are servo-driven for high efficiency and accuracy, while the granite table ensures outstanding rigidity and processing precision.
