1. Multiple nicking specifications, suitable for precision die-cutting.

The ABM-832C2 supports 1 to 4 different nicking configurations, with a minimum dot size of 0.2mm. nick width and depth can be set via software. Nicking specifications can be flexibly selected for different die structures to meet the precision and consistency requirements of precision packaging and complex die structures.

2. Grinding dual/three groups to improve processing adaptability

The equipment can be configured with 2 or 3 sets of broaching systems, combined with multi-functional punch tools, and can be configured for processing according to different cutting materials and die-cutting processes. Functions such as bending, nicking, broaching, mold cut, bridge, and flat cut are integrated, reducing process changes between multiple machines and improving overall processing efficiency.

3. Automatic rule cassette ( 6 coils )

The ABM-832C2 can be equipped with an automatic rule cassette, supporting the centralized configuration of various machining rules.

The machine automatically calls up the corresponding cutting rules according to the machining program, reducing manual rule changing operations. It is especially suitable for multi-process, continuous die production and can further improve the automation level of the equipment.


4. Feeding accuracy of ±0.03mm, meeting the requirements of high-precision machining.

The equipment adopts an automatic feeding structure with a feeding accuracy of ±0.03mm. The minimum bending dimension at the front is 1.5mm, and the minimum bending dimension at the rear is 1.0mm. It supports blade heights of 8–32mm and blade material thicknesses of 0.45, 0.53, 0.71, and 1.05mm, and is compatible with DXF and DWG file formats, allowing direct integration with digital die-cutting design and production processes. It is suitable for various high-end die-cutting applications.
