1. Double Clamps & High Precision Servo Feeding System

Equipped with double clamps and HIWIN screw guide feeding system, combined with Panasonic servo control technology, the machine provides stable and continuous rule feeding with higher speed and improved positioning accuracy.

2. Three Sets of Broaching Tools for High-End Die Making

Supports three sets of broaching saw blades with different specifications, allowing flexible processing of complex cutting dies and meeting the requirements of high-end die board production.

3. Adjustable Automatic Nicking System

Various nicking saw blades are available from 0.2mm to 1.0mm. 

The software automatically adjusts the nicking depth according to the drawing requirements, ensuring accurate and consistent nicking results.

4. Quick-Change Punch Tool with Multi-Function Processing

The separated punch tool design makes replacement easier and faster. 

Operators only need to loosen one screw for tool changing. 

Different processing functions can be selected according to production requirements.
